magnus: The 1st All in One App
A single platform where an athlete’s internal metrics drive their daily program, and where the facility, coaches, and teams around that athlete run their entire business.
Problems Magnus Solves
Built for Every Role
in the Program
Every person in a baseball program has a different set of problems. Magnus solves all of them from one platform.
01
Generic Programs
Replaces one-size-fits-all templates with programs built from the athlete’s own assessments and recalibrated daily from recovery, strain, and sleep data.
02
Overuse & Arm Injuries
Enforces Pitch Smart caps, ACWR workload limits, and youth safety guardrails automatically instead of relying on a coach’s memory.
03
Scattered Data
WHOOP, TrackMan, HitTrax, bloodwork, PT visits, and assessments live in one profile instead of five apps and a folder.
04
Not Knowing What to Do
The Situational Guide gives position-by-position answers with video. The AI Coach answers the rest in real time.
05
Recruiting Blind Spots
A searchable D1/D2/D3/NAIA/JUCO directory plus visibility to college coaches — without a $600–3,000 NCSA membership.
06
Cost of Pro-Level Coaching
Access to programming and mental training that families otherwise buy at $350–500/mo or $497 a course.
01
Programming Eats the Week
MLB / Pro Guided Auto-Programming writes four disciplines in one pass — returning 5–10 hours a week to actual coaching and relationship-building.
02
Inconsistent Quality
Rule engines produce the same program for the same inputs — so a first-year intern and a 20-year vet prescribe the same load logic every time.
03
No Assessment History
Templates, 1,000+ completed assessments, and athlete-visible results all in one place — searchable by athlete, date, and metric.
04
Roster Chaos
Training groups, depth charts, prospect tracking, and RSVP nudges — instead of group texts and spreadsheets that nobody reads.
05
Lost Tasks
Assigned coach tasks with priority, frequency, and overdue tracking — so nothing falls through the cracks.
01
Practice Logistics
Schedules, RSVP, announcements, field directory, and GameChanger contacts — all per team, all in one place instead of five group chats.
02
Depth & Roster Planning
An interactive positional depth chart with roster and prospects overlaid — so coaches see the hole at catcher in March, not June.
01
Too Many Vendors
Replaces TeamSnap + Upper Hand + TeamBuildr + Mindbody + DocuSign + Mailchimp + When I Work — ~$9,500/mo — with one login.
02
Empty Lanes & Double Bookings
Lane-by-lane facility calendar with rentals, lessons, team practices, and staff shifts in one view.
03
Compliance Risk
Waiver, contract, and medical-history status with one-click reminders and unlimited e-signatures.
04
Marketing Without a Marketer
Segmented email campaigns to the full client list with templates and send history — no marketing hire required.
05
Staff Visibility
Shifts, sessions, coach directories with skills tags, and role-based permissions — full visibility across the whole operation.
06
Pro-Shop & Partner Revenue
Inventory tracking, vendor discount codes, and partnership management — Marek, LW PT, Major League Mindset all in one place.

What Is Magnus
Why everyone needs Magnus
“Magnus is the only platform where the athlete’s internal metrics write the program, and the coach, the team, and the facility around that athlete run on the same system.”
Magnus isn’t another training app. It’s the infrastructure underneath a modern baseball program — connecting the athlete’s body data to their daily training, and connecting every person around that athlete to a single operating system.
For Athletes
Every athlete needs Magnus because their body changes every day and their program doesn’t. A pitcher who slept five hours and threw 60 pitches yesterday should not lift and throw the same way as one who slept nine and rested. Every other program in the country — Driveline templates, Tread’s remote coaching, a private coach’s spreadsheet — is written once and revised weekly or monthly by a human who isn’t looking at the athlete’s recovery data that morning. Magnus reads WHOOP recovery, strain, and sleep every 24 hours, pulls the athlete’s Trackman velocity and Hittrax exit velo, checks Pitch Smart and ACWR workload gates, and rewrites the throwing, lifting, hitting, and nutrition plan to match. The athlete trains as hard as they’re ready for, every day, without a coach in the room. That is the injury-prevention argument and the development argument in one feature, and no one else has it.

For coach
Every coach needs Magnus because programming is eating the part of the job they’re actually good at. Writing four disciplines of programming for a roster takes five to ten hours a week, and the quality varies by who wrote it and how tired they were. Magnus writes it in one pass, the same way every time, from the athlete’s assessment data — so a first-year intern and a twenty-year pro prescribe the same load logic. Those hours go back to the cage, the mound, and the conversation with the kid and the parent. Coaches don’t get replaced by the engines; they get promoted from programmer to relationship-builder, which is what the athlete is paying for in the first place.

For Team
Every team needs Magnus because a team is a schedule, a roster, a depth chart, a document folder, and a parent email list, and today those live in five apps. One team can survive that. A 10u, an 11u, a 12u tournament squad, and a high-school training group cannot. Magnus puts practice alerts, RSVP with a roster nudge, announcements, the fields directory, the GameChanger scorekeeper assignment, the prospect list, and every waiver and contract’s signature status under one roof — and it does it for all 27 teams on a single login instead of 27 TeamSnap subscriptions. The depth chart shows roster and prospects by position, so the coach sees the hole at catcher in March instead of June.

For facility
Every facility needs Magnus because a training facility is nine businesses pretending to be one: a scheduler, a gym, a team app, a CRM, a sign-shop for waivers, a marketing list, a payroll calendar, a pro shop, and a data lab. Right now that’s Upper Hand plus TeamBuildr plus Mindbody plus DocuSign plus Mailchimp plus When I Work plus Square plus Blast, about $9,500 a month in invoices and nine places for something to fall through. Magnus runs the lanes, the staff shifts, the client records, the unlimited e-signatures, the email campaigns, the inventory, the partner codes, and the payments from the same place the athlete’s daily program lives. And because the engines are underneath all of it, the facility’s product — the thing families pay for — is better than what any competitor down the street can deliver by hand.
