Coaches Courses
Six position-specific coaching courses built from data, biomechanics, and real NBP athlete case studies. Assessment-first. Drill-library driven. Sequenced for the season.
Course Structure
What's Inside
Every Course
Every one of our six courses follows the same six-module framework — built around the NBP assessment system and tied to real athlete data from our TrackMan, HitTrax, and biomech lab.
Assessment
How to measure where a player currently is. TrackMan, HitTrax, and the biomech lab establish a baseline number for every metric before a single drill is assigned.
The Model
What good looks like and why — with the movement principles behind it. Not opinion-based coaching but biomechanically grounded ideals backed by force plate and high-speed camera data.
Diagnosis
Reading a player's specific flaw, not teaching a generic ideal. Each module teaches you how to identify the precise deviation from the model so the drill prescription is never a guess.
Drill Library
Constraint drills tied to each diagnosis so a coach knows which drill fixes which problem. Every drill comes with video demonstration, cue language, and expected metric response.
Programming
How to sequence work over 4, 8, and 12 weeks — and how to fit it around a season without creating overuse risk. Includes off-season, pre-season, in-season, and post-season templates.
Case Studies
Three or four real NBP athletes, start to finish, with data. See the assessment, diagnosis, drill prescription, programming, and retest results — the full loop in action.
Course 01
Hitting
Swing decisions and pitch selection get their own module here — because it’s what separates AAA hitters from Major League hitters and almost nobody teaches it. HitTrax and bat sensor data run throughout every module so every adjustment has a number attached to it.

Course 02
Pitching
The differentiator here is pairing pitching mechanics with the NBP biomech lab and on-site PT and chiro — making this an arm-health story that Driveline’s course doesn’t tell the same way. We lead with longevity and load management, then build to velocity and spin.

Course 03
Infielding
Footwork patterns by position, exchange speed, arm angles, range, and first-step quickness. The assessment module is built around a timed exchange and pop-time equivalent so there is always a number to chase — and a number to improve against on the retest.

Course 04
Outfielding
Route efficiency, reads off the bat, closing speed, throwing lanes, and hitting cutoffs. This is the most underserved of all six disciplines and the easiest to make visually compelling — we built the entire assessment module around tracking data and closing-speed measurement.

Course 05
Catching
Receiving and framing, blocking, pop time, game calling, and managing a pitching staff. This course carries a premium because good catching instruction is genuinely scarce — and parents of catchers know it. The most complete catching curriculum in the Pacific Northwest.

Course 06
Base Running
Leads, jumps, secondary leads, reads on balls in the dirt, first-to-third decision making, and sliding technique. The shortest of the six courses — we recommend bundling it rather than selling it alone since the concepts apply to every position on the field.
