Frequently Asked Questions
What does NBP+ offer?
NBP+ is our comprehensive training membership that includes 3-4 strength and conditioning workouts per week (depending on the season), plus 3 weekly skills sessions covering hitting, fielding, base running, pitching, throwing, and catching. You'll also receive a personalized meal plan, access to our recruiting coordinator, discounted rates with our on-site medical providers (physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage), and 24-hour facility access when space isn't reserved. All sessions are led by former collegiate and professional baseball players, giving you access to elite-level instruction every time you train.
How often can NBP+ monthly members train?
NBP+ monthly members can access the facility anytime outside of reserved team and training hours. You're welcome to attend 3-4 scheduled workouts per week and 3 scheduled skills sessions per week.
Do you offer one-on-one lessons?
Yes, we offer personalized one-on-one instruction. This option works best if your schedule only allows you to train once a week, or if our coaching staff recommends individualized attention following your onboarding assessment.
What's the difference between local group training and one-on-one training?
Local group training is designed for athletes who thrive in a small group structure while working on multiple skills during 1-2 hour sessions. These competitive, focused sessions emphasize developing various skills through game-like repetitions.
One-on-one training provides deep, detailed work on a single skill over an hour-long session with one to two instructors. This format allows us to dive into advanced drills, techniques, movement patterns, and approaches using our premium amenities and expert instruction.
Training Programs
What's the difference between NBP+ and Dudes?
The key difference is training frequency and focus. NBP+ provides year-round development with 3 skills sessions weekly plus 3-4 strength and conditioning workouts, along with meal planning, recruiting support, and medical provider access. Our Dudes select teams practice once weekly from November through January, then twice weekly in February before the season begins.

If you're passionate about baseball and want to rapidly improve through a learning-focused, rep-based environment, NBP+ is your best choice. If you're looking to play baseball recreationally for fun rather than focusing on development, the Dudes program may be a better fit.

What do team practices look like in fall and winter?
Winter practices dedicate one hour to strength and conditioning and another hour to multiple skills. For example, one practice might feature hitting and base running for the first hour, followed by strength and conditioning. From August through February, each NBP+ team has two hitting/base running/S&C practices weekly and two pitching/catching/fielding/S&C practices weekly, continuing until seasons begin.
What does fall ball practice look like? How long are they and how long do they go on?
Fall ball practices run 4 hours for our 8-14U players and 2 hours for 15-18U athletes. Each session covers fundamental skills—infielding, outfielding, base running, catching, pitching, and hitting—with detailed, step-by-step instruction. Every week builds on previous sessions, progressing from focused small-group settings to enhance each athlete's knowledge and skill at their position(s).
With 8-12 coaches present, we maintain at least 2 skills coaches per station for detailed instruction without losing athlete engagement. Every fall ball practice concludes with a 1-2 hour scrimmage, giving athletes valuable game experience before weather pushes training indoors for winter.
What is the goal of fall ball with your organization?
Fall ball aims to educate players on the skills and game IQ required for their positions on a regulation-sized field while building camaraderie and team bonding. After fall ball, players should understand how to play both offensive and defensive positions strategically and feel confident through structured repetitions with our professional coaching staff.
Where are fall ball practices?
All fall ball practices are held at Redmond High School.
