Josh Spencer
As a right-handed pitcher for Tacoma CC he had 20.1 IP 2.34 Era 15.09 K/9. After his successful stint with Tacoma CC he transferred to Valparaiso University, serving primarily as a relief pitcher during the 2023 and 2024 seasons. His role was as a bullpen arm, though he did make a start in the 2023 season. Josh Spencer's role at Valparaiso 2024 season: Spencer was used exclusively as a reliever. In nine appearances, he posted a 2.89 ERA over 9 1/3 innings. 2023 season: As a first-year player on campus, Spencer appeared in seven games, logging 4 2/3 innings with a 6.64 ERA. He earned his lone career win at Valparaiso in his first appearance on March 4 at Little Rock.
Quentin O'Connor
Quentin O'Connor- is a right-handed pitcher who spent two seasons at Yakima Valley College before finishing his collegiate career with two successful seasons at Whitworth University. In his sophomore year at Yakima Valley (2022–2023), he served as both a starter and a reliever, making 14 appearances and posting a 2-4 record with 45 strikeouts over 41.1 innings with a 3.67 ERA. His transition to Whitworth marked a new phase of his career as a consistent starter, where he compiled an 8-2 record with a 5.20 ERA in 2024, followed by another 8-3 record with a 5.06 ERA in 2025. At Whitworth, he became a key pitcher for the team, leading the Northwest Conference in 2025 in strikeout-to-walk ratio (5.55) and complete games (3), and earning conference Pitcher of the Week honors 4 times. Quentin is currently training to go off for his first year of pro ball in 2026 at The Natural Ballplayer.
Matteo Crobsy
Matteo Crosby played junior college baseball for Olympic College during the 2022–2023 season, where he was an outfielder. He was an all conference outfielder with Lake Washington High School in 2021. Matteo is our head recruiting coordinator at NBP pioneering the first select program to have a full time recruiting coordinator in the state of Washington. His impact on connecting uncommitted athletes and schools so they can continue their playing / education is one of the separators for NBP and any other program in the state.

Joshua Sale was selected by the Tampa Bay Rays as the 17th overall pick in the first round of the 2010 MLB June Amateur Draft out of Bishop Blanchet High School. His career was played entirely in the minor leagues and independent ball. After his time in both affiliated minor league baseball and independent professional baseball, Joshua Sale finished his career with a combined batting average of .253, on base percentage of 361 and 92 total home runs. Joshua has been helping athletes in the Seattle area since 2020 and has been full time with baseball training since his professional retirement from pro ball in 2023.
Adam Cimber
Adam Cimber is an American former professional baseball pitcher known for his unique submarine throwing style. Cimber last played for the Los Angeles Angels and was released in July 2024, after which he signed a minor league deal and eventually elected free agency in November 2024. He played for five different MLB teams in his 7 yr MLB career and 11 yr pro career. Most appearances: Cimber led all major league pitchers in appearances over the 2021 and 2022 seasons, with 149 total. Best season: In 2022 with the Toronto Blue Jays, he finished with a 10–6 record, a 2.80 ERA, and tied for the American League lead with 77 games pitched
Dylan Matsuoka​​​​​​​
Everett Community College: After converting from an infielder/outfielder, Matsuoka excelled in his second season at Everett, posting a 5-0 record and a 1.80 ERA. He earned All-NWAC Second-Team honors and helped his team to the NWAC Championships. Charleston Southern: Matsuoka moved to the Division I level as a bullpen option for the Buccaneers. In 2023, he had the second-lowest ERA on the team, and in 2024, he notched two saves and posted a 5.83 ERA over 19 games. Versatility: During his time at Everett CC, Matsuoka also played as a two-way player, getting some plate appearances as well. Post-collegiate career: After completing his college eligibility, Matsuoka signed a professional contract with the Ogden Raptors of the independent Pioneer League. Over the past two seasons in the independent Pioneer League, right-handed pitcher Dylan Matsuoka went from a reliever with the Ogden Raptors in 2024 to a starter and reliever with the Oakland Ballers in 2025. In 2024, he finished with a 1-1 record, a 5.40 ERA, and two saves across 20 innings pitched. In 2025, his numbers with Oakland were a 5-1 record with a 7.46 ERA in 56.2 innings, including nine starts. His workload increased significantly with the Ballers, who signed him as a key piece for their expansion season.
