The training that we provide our athletes is based around a monthly membership that includes several different price points to match your  athletes needs and families' budget for training.

Our most popular NBP+ package includes:

-4x strength and conditioning sessions per week
-2-3x Hitting sessions per week
-1-2x Pitching, Baserunning and Fielding session per week

When you come in to assess as an athlete you are not just assessing for one on one or small group lessons; but rather a monthly program that is detailed for the specific athlete and their deficiencies/proficiencies.

Our coaching staff at NBP assess each athlete to gain a comprehensive understanding of the athletes' strengths, weaknesses, and current performance level, allowing us to develop targeted training plans, track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately maximize the athlete's potential by tailoring each athletes coaching approach to the individuals needs.

ASSESS

We train our athletes to improve their physical abilities, such as strength, endurance, and skill specific to their position(s).  This allows them to perform at their peak performance for a longer duration during competition, reduce the risk of injury, and achieve better results by adapting their bodies to the demands of their chosen activity. 

NBP coaching staff provides year round meal plans, pre and post modalities, sleep and strain monitoring and access to the most advanced technology in the sport with Whoop, Trackman, Hittrax and much more.

NBP Athletes retest after each phase to evaluate their training protocols / modalities to see the effectiveness of their programming thus allowing coaches and athletes to continue to make informed decisions with each athlete's skills and strength programs. NBP Athletes retest with some of the most advanced technology such as Force Plates, Hit-Trax, Trackman, Radar Guns, Blast Motion and more.

GAME

Through our partnership with Dudes Baseball NBP athletes have access to premier competition in the Seattle area to test their development with weekend games (Fri-Sun) during the season (May-July) as well as weekly live at bats indoors during the off-season. Utilizing games as a benchmarking tool against their peers allows coaches and athletes to evaluate the training protocols implemented and adjust if needed to build each skill as needed to maximize development. 

Game application is the highest form of testing an athlete and coaches' modalities; and the main reason why we believe in playing on weekends. By grouping our game schedule on weekends we allow greater time for our athletes to recover during the week as well as refine and sharpen the skills needed to improve from weekend to weekend in skills and S&C training to maximize their development.
