My journey of baseball started as a kid in Sammamish Washington where I grew up. As I got older and started to develop into my own I realized that college baseball was something attainable. After playing Division 1, JUCO & NAIA I found myself playing pro. In my first year of pro ball I tore my anterior labrum and decided then in 2013 to hang up the cleats and focus on my career. My career started as a private baseball coach and head select coach where I expanded exponentially larger where fast forwarding 6 years to now; a national coach for teams and players from the Little League to Big League Level. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Hitting is suppose to be simple / fun and the training program designed by me is geared to each athlete individually based off of the deficiencies they show with their swing. The mechanics and their breakdowns in challenges for each athlete help identify my direction with drills, pitches, speeds, arm angles, situations, focus points / cues and creativity work to direct each individual athlete and their practice plans. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

The mechanics and their breakdowns in challenges for each athlete help identify my direction with drills, ground balls, speeds, angles, arm angles, glove work, situations and creativity work to direct each individual athlete and their practice plans

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning is where you will find your biggest growth with the numbers. After a long search I found Andres Arroyo who I have partnered with after going through his program and seeing myself and other professional athletes reach their potential. His guidance and attention to each athletes deficiencies with assessment through movements allows his training programs to optimally increase each athletes measurables on and off the field. 

Throwing
